Ms. Carter has been at Thorp for 11 years!
I am a born and raised Chicagoan and a product of CPS Elementary and High Schools. I earned a Bachelors Degree in Counseling and Social Services and a Masters Degree in Elementary Education with certifications in Special Education and English as a Second Language from North Park University. I am also a National Board Certified Teacher. I love to spend time on the water, watching movies and goofing around outdoors with my family. This year will fly by for all of us.
