Welcome Letter

Dear New Families,

Welcome and Congratulations on becoming part of the OA Thorp Scholastic Community!   We strive to educate and develop the whole child. We have a multi-faceted  fine arts program;  a successful sports program with multiple regional and city championships; and a number of free and paid after-school enrichment experiences.  Most importantly, our  learning activities emphasize the 21st century skills of: CARING, CREATIVITY, COMMUNICATION, COLLABORATION and CRITICAL THINKING.  Over the next several years, your child will utilize the FIVE C’s while at Thorp.
