Welcome Upcoming Eighth Grade Students and Families!
We have so much important information to share that we’re not waiting until next year!
OVERNIGHT LOYOLA TRIP
Our annual Loyola Overnight Trip has been booked! We strongly encourage all our students to participate in this Team Building Workshop. This is not a mandatory trip, but we would love 100% participation. Parents are invited to chaperone as well, as long as they have been cleared through our new CPS Volunteer processing (http://volunteer.cps.edu).
The dates for the upcoming fall trip will be on Wednesday, September 26th to Thursday, September 27th. This year’s cost will be $200 dollars.
The following is included:
- Deluxe Transportation on a roomy coach bus to and from Loyola’s Woodstock Retreat Campus (http://www.luc.edu/retreatcampus/challengecourse/)
- Dormitory-style accommodations at the campus
- Three meals
- Team-building games and activities, including use of tennis and basketball courts
- Late night bonfire with s’mores
We need an approximate count of those who are interested in attending. An initial deposit of $50 is required to secure a spot by July 1st (no exceptions)! Please confirm your interest by clicking our Sign-up Form. (Financial assistance may be available for those who qualify.)

Mandatory Graduation Fee $40.00 – (Fees due no later than May 1st, 2019)
(Includes Cap and Gown, Diploma Cover, 2 sets of Ribbons, Graduation Tickets and Class Gift)
Autograph Book $10.00 (NO ORDERS WILL BE TAKEN AFTER MARCH 1ST)
8th Grade Graduation Trip – $100.00 (This trip is optional and not included in Student Fee)
(A deposit of $25.00 will be required by March 1st – final payment due on May 3rd)
8th Grade Commencement DVD $20.00
Yearbook Dedication: $25.00 ¼ page, $50 Half page, or $100 full page ad.
(Credit Card payments can be made via our website on E-pay. Cash or Money Orders taken in the office – Partial payments accepted).
We are looking for parents to assist our 8th grade committee with fundraising efforts for your children!
